Terms & Conditions

Fan & Creator Agreement

Updated: March 12th, 2026

This Standard Contract (the "Agreement") governs each individual transaction between a User ("Fan") and a Creative User ("Creator") on the Atlas platform. It outlines the mutual rights and obligations of both parties in connection with accessing and licensing Creator Content. The Atlas platform is operated by Paradise Media Group LLC.

This Agreement supplements the General Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable Atlas Policies. If a conflict arises between this Agreement and the General Terms, the terms of this Agreement will prevail for the scope it governs.

Definitions

"Fan" means a registered User who makes a payment to Atlas in exchange for a license to view Creator Content.

"Creator" means a Creative User who uploads Content to the Platform and grants a license to Atlas to distribute that Content.

"Fan Payment" means the payment made by the Fan to Atlas to access licensed Content.

"Atlas Fee" means the portion of Fan Payment retained by Atlas for providing access to the Platform and associated Services.

"Transaction" means any paid interaction between Fan and Creator that results in a view-only license, including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view, or other paid services.

"Subscription" means a recurring Fan Payment that provides time-limited access to licensed Content.

1. Licensing Structure

Fans pay Atlas to receive a limited, view-only license to access Content available on the Platform. This license is granted by Atlas under a distribution license obtained from the Creator when the Creator uploads Content.

  • The Creator grants Atlas a sublicensable license to use, host, display, and distribute the Content, including the right for Atlas to grant limited end-user licenses to Fans.
  • Creators are not direct recipients of Fan Payments and have no entitlement to enforce this Agreement against Fans.
  • For tax, legal, and regulatory purposes, all payments are made to Atlas, which determines and pays earnings to Creators.

2. Scope of Fan License

Upon completion of a Fan Payment, Atlas grants the Fan a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to view the specific Content to which the Transaction relates. This license:

  • Is limited to personal, non-commercial use.
  • Does not permit downloading, copying, sharing, or redistribution.
  • Permits access via standard browsers or approved apps.
  • Allows temporary caching where technically necessary.

No ownership or intellectual property rights transfer to the Fan under any circumstances. All rights remain with the Creator and/or Atlas.

3. License Expiry Conditions

The Fan's license to view Content will expire immediately, without notice, in the following situations:

  • The Fan Payment is unsuccessful, reversed, or charged back.
  • In the case of Subscriptions, at the end of the subscription term unless renewed.
  • The Fan's Account is terminated or suspended.
  • The Fan breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The Creator deletes the Content from the Platform.
  • The Fan closes their Atlas Account.

4. Fan Obligations

The Fan agrees to:

  • Use the Content only as permitted by the license terms.
  • Not copy, share, screen-record, or distribute Content in any form.
  • Not attempt to bypass Platform security or content controls.
  • Make all Fan Payments in good faith and not issue unjustified chargebacks.
  • Indemnify Atlas for any loss resulting from breach of these obligations, including unjustified chargebacks.

5. Creator Obligations

By uploading Content, the Creator:

  • Warrants they own or control all necessary rights.
  • Grants Atlas a worldwide, sublicensable license to host, display, and distribute that Content to Fans.
  • Accepts responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ongoing availability of the Content.
  • Acknowledges that Atlas is solely responsible for granting Content licenses to Fans.
  • Acknowledges they have no direct contractual relationship with Fans.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

By entering into a Transaction, the Fan consents to the immediate supply of digital content.

Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; no further charges are issued. You retain access to subscriber-only content until the end of that period.

Tips and pay-per-view (PPV): One-time purchases are non-refundable except where the Creator's content was never delivered to you because of a technical failure on Atlas's side (e.g. broken video file, lost upload). In those cases we issue a full refund within 7 days of your report.

How to request a refund: email help@atlassocialapp.com. We respond within 5 business days. Nothing in this policy waives consumer-protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

7. No Guarantees

Atlas makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Continuous access to Content (which may be removed at the Creator's discretion or as required by law).
  • The frequency, quality, or volume of new uploads by a Creator.
  • The compatibility of Content with the Fan's preferences or devices.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

If disputes arise between Fans and Creators, Atlas may, at its discretion, facilitate communication but is not obliged to mediate or arbitrate. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Privacy & Data

Privacy Policy

Updated: March 15th, 2026

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PARADISE MEDIA GROUP LLC ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"). THIS POLICY GOVERNS HOW WE COLLECT, USE, STORE, SHARE, AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN YOU USE THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THIS POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

This Policy supplements the General Terms & Conditions and other applicable Atlas Policies. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the General Terms, the terms of this Policy shall prevail for the subject matter it governs.

Definitions

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, payment information, and behavioral data.

"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, whether automated or manual, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, and deletion.

"Data Controller" means Paradise Media Group LLC, which determines the purposes and means of Processing Personal Data.

"Third-Party Processor" means any entity that Processes Personal Data on behalf of Atlas pursuant to a data processing agreement.

"Cookies" means small text files placed on your device that store information about your browsing activity and preferences.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Registration: Name, email address, date of birth, username, and password.
  • Profile Information: Profile picture, biography, social media links, and any other information you choose to add to your profile.
  • Payment Information: Billing address, payment card details, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed through our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway and processor; Atlas handles card data only within an isolated, PCI DSS-aligned environment and does not retain full payment card numbers on its general systems.
  • Communications: Messages, chat content, support requests, and any other communications you send through the Platform.
  • Creator Verification: Government-issued identification, tax information, and banking details required for Creator onboarding and payout processing.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, unique device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, content viewed, click patterns, search queries, timestamps, referring URLs, and session duration.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Platform. See Section 6 for details.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth Providers: If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that service.
  • Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations, dispute notifications, and fraud screening results.
  • Analytics Providers: Aggregated and individual usage data from analytics services integrated into the Platform.

1.4 Information from Connected Social Accounts

If you choose to link a third-party social or messaging account to Atlas (for example, Telegram, X, or TikTok), we collect and store the information needed to operate that connection on your behalf. Depending on the service and the access you authorize, this may include:

  • Authentication Credentials: An access token or login session for the connected account, which we store in encrypted form and use solely to provide the features you have enabled.
  • Messages and Conversations: Where you connect a messaging account (such as Telegram) to use Atlas as a unified inbox, we access and import your conversations, messages, participant and contact details, and associated media so they can be displayed, searched, and replied to within Atlas.
  • Account Profile and Metadata: Your username, display name, profile picture, and account identifiers on the connected service.

Scope of access. Some integrations rely on account-level access rather than a limited permission scope. In particular, connecting a Telegram account uses Telegram's user-account (MTProto) API, which authorizes Atlas to act with the same level of access as your own Telegram account. We store the resulting session in encrypted form, restrict internal access to it, and use it only to operate the features you have turned on — we do not use it to contact people on your behalf except as you direct, and we do not sell or share it. You may disconnect a linked account at any time from your settings, which revokes and deletes the stored credentials; messages already imported into Atlas are removed in accordance with Section 4 (Data Retention).

2. How We Use Your Information

We Process your Personal Data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To create and maintain your Account, process transactions, deliver Content, and provide customer support.
  • Platform Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms and Policies.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and enforceable governmental requests.
  • Communication: To send you transactional notifications (e.g., payment confirmations, security alerts) and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.
  • Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Platform's functionality and user experience.
  • Creator Payouts: To verify Creator identity, process earnings, and comply with tax reporting obligations.
  • Personalization: To customize your experience, including content recommendations, based on your activity and preferences.

We will not use your Personal Data for any purpose not disclosed in this Policy without obtaining your prior explicit consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

Atlas does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted Third-Party Processors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics), subject to strict data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Atlas.
  • Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlas, our Users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
  • With Your Consent: When you have provided explicit consent for a specific disclosure.
  • Aggregated Data: We may share aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Active Accounts: Personal Data is retained for the duration of your Account's existence and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
  • Deleted Accounts: Upon Account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax compliance).
  • Transaction Records: Financial and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
  • Chat and Communication Data: Messages and chat content associated with deleted Accounts are anonymized or removed within 90 days of Account deletion.
  • Server Logs: Access logs and security logs are retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted.

5. Data Security

Atlas implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing.
  • Role-based access controls limiting employee access to Personal Data on a need-to-know basis.
  • Secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processing.
  • Automated monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized access attempts.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

Breach Notification

If a data breach affecting your Personal Data occurs, we will notify affected Users and the appropriate authorities without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law — for example, within 72 hours of becoming aware where the EU/UK GDPR applies, and as required by U.S. state breach-notification laws. To the extent known, the notice will describe the nature of the incident and the steps you can take. To report a suspected vulnerability or breach, email security@atlassocialapp.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 Types of Cookies We Use

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may impact the functionality of the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of strictly necessary cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

To submit a CCPA request, email help@atlassocialapp.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." See our California Privacy Notice & Your Privacy Choices for full details, including how we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and limit the use of sensitive personal information.

  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, for which there is no industry-standard method, so the Platform does not respond to DNT. However, Atlas honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See our California Privacy Notice.

Content Moderation & Protection Policy

Updated: May 20th, 2026

This Content Moderation & Protection Policy outlines Atlas's procedures for moderating user-generated content, verifying user identity, and protecting platform content. Its purpose is to ensure the safety, legality, and security of the Platform for all Users.

This Policy supplements the General Terms & Conditions and other applicable Atlas Policies. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the General Terms, the terms of this Policy shall prevail for the specific subject matter it governs.

Definitions

"Creator" means a Creative User authorized to upload and monetize Content under the Creator Terms of Service.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the process of verifying a user's identity and age through an approved third-party provider.

1. User Safety and Content Screening

  • All Users must confirm their age as 18 or older upon first access to the Platform. If a User confirms they are under 18, they are immediately redirected and denied further access.
  • If Atlas discovers that a User has misrepresented their age and is under 18, their Account will be removed and their email address blacklisted.
  • Atlas applies automated filters to user-submitted text fields, including usernames, display names, biographies, post captions, comments, and direct messages, to block prohibited terms at the point of submission before the Content is published.
  • Users may report any Content they believe violates the Acceptable Use Policy or any other Policy. All reports are reviewed by Atlas moderators.

2. Creator Identity Verification

Any User applying to become a Creator must undergo identity verification through Atlas's approved process. This includes:

  • Submission of valid identification documents.
  • Confirmation that the user is at least 18 years old.
  • Manual reviews conducted on all new Creators before their first withdrawal.

If evidence arises that a Creator is impersonating another individual or does not have the rights to their uploaded Content, Atlas may immediately disable or delete the relevant Content or Account. For impersonation-related takedowns, see our DMCA Policy.

3. Content Moderation Process

Atlas's content moderation process combines automated enforcement, user-submitted reports, and human moderator review:

  • Automated text filtering blocks user-submitted text that matches a maintained list of prohibited terms before the Content is published.
  • Atlas applies a three-strike enforcement model to copyrighted audio uploads, in which Strike 1 issues a written warning, Strike 2 restricts the Creator from further audio uploads, and Strike 3 escalates to account-level action up to and including termination.
  • DMCA notices submitted to dmca@atlassocialapp.com are processed in accordance with our DMCA Policy, and the reported Content is removed or disabled where the Notice is valid.
  • User reports across posts, videos, direct messages, profiles, stories, and comments feed into a centralised moderation queue tagged by severity and user-safety risk.
  • All reports and flagged Content are reviewed by human moderators. Moderators may delete the Content, demonetize associated revenue, warn the Creator, escalate for further investigation, suspend the Account, or permanently terminate the Account.

Atlas is expanding its automated detection capabilities to include AI-based image and video moderation for nudity, weapons, violence, and AI-generated Content. The above describes the system as it currently operates.

All moderators undergo regular training in legal compliance, safety protocols, and platform policies.

4. Appeals and Account Review

  • Users whose Content or Accounts have been restricted, suspended, or permanently removed may request a formal appeal.
  • Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the enforcement via help@atlassocialapp.com.
  • Atlas will consider all available evidence, including new context or clarification provided by the User.
  • While most appeal decisions are issued within 7 days, complex cases may take longer.
Moderation SLAs: Atlas aims to review all content reports and moderation flags within 48 hours of submission. Reports are prioritised based on severity and potential risk to user safety. In urgent cases, moderation response may occur within hours.

5. Content Protection Measures

Atlas has implemented multiple features to detect and deter unauthorized use, reproduction, or scraping of Creator Content, including:

  • Watermarking.
  • Right-click prevention.
  • Screenshot detection (on supported devices).
  • Session analytics and account locking for suspicious behavior.

Any attempt to access, scrape, download, or copy Content in a way that violates the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate investigation and possible Account termination.

6. Law Enforcement Partnerships

Atlas cooperates with law enforcement in all jurisdictions in response to reports of:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Human trafficking.
  • Content involving non-consensual acts.
  • Other criminal matters involving uploaded Content or communications on the Platform.

Atlas may share user information in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

In order to become a Creator, you must complete Atlas's onboarding process. This includes:

  • Submitting valid identity verification documentation and passing a liveness check;
  • Providing accurate tax and banking information;
  • Declaring whether your content contains explicit material;
  • Agreeing to comply with all applicable Atlas Policies.

We reserve the right to request updated documentation or re-verification at any time.

If you upload Content featuring another person, you must comply with the Co-Authored Content Policy, including verifying their age and obtaining documented consent for their appearance and use of likeness.

2. Creator Earnings and Commission Structure

Creators are entitled to receive Creator Earnings, which represent a percentage of the gross amount received by Atlas from Users in respect of your Paid-for Services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You will receive 85% of the gross revenue from Paid-for Services during the first 30 days following KYC completion;
  • Thereafter, you will receive 80% of gross revenue;
  • The remaining percentage is retained by Atlas as Platform Fees.

Full details of Creator Earnings and platform commission are set out in the Creator Earnings & Payout Policy.

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes associated with your Creator Earnings. We do not provide tax advice and will not be responsible for your tax liabilities.

3. Payouts and Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Creator Balance at any time, subject to:

  • A seven (7) day settlement period following the original User transaction;
  • A minimum withdrawal threshold.

Withdrawals are processed via your nominated payment method and are subject to processing times, compliance checks, and external banking procedures.

We aim to process all valid withdrawal requests within ten (10) Business Days, but delays may occur due to fraud reviews, technical issues, or third-party delays.

Any discrepancies in your Creator Balance must be reported within 30 days. We are not obliged to make retrospective adjustments beyond this period.

Full details of Payouts and Withdrawals are set out in the Creator Earnings & Payout Policy.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

If a User receives a refund or successfully raises a chargeback related to your Paid-for Services, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct the disputed amount from your Creator Balance;
  • Recover it from future payouts if it has already been paid out.

If your account exceeds a 1.5% dispute rate (including chargebacks and refunds) over a 30-day period, we may apply a $50 USD (FIFTY US DOLLARS) administrative fee per dispute thereafter.

This fee reflects the costs associated with fraud mitigation, compliance, and platform integrity. We may waive it at our discretion where genuine efforts are made to address the root cause.

You acknowledge that:

  • Not all disputes are due to card fraud;
  • Disputes may arise from misleading content, delivery failures, or off-platform solicitations;
  • You are responsible for maintaining a positive User experience and minimizing avoidable disputes.

5. Off-Platform Transactions

Atlas is designed exclusively for on-platform transactions. Creators must not:

  • Accept or request payments from Users outside the Platform;

Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate account suspension, payout withholding, and possible permanent removal from the Platform.

Creators may participate in the Referral Program by inviting new Creators to join Atlas using their unique referral link.

If a referred Creator signs up using your link, you may receive a percentage of their Creator Earnings for a defined referral period.

Referral commissions:

  • Are paid from Atlas's Platform Fees, not deducted from the referred Creator;
  • Are not subject to Platform Fees or Creator commissions;
  • Are reversible in cases of fraud, abuse, or refund.

You are responsible for complying with marketing laws and disclosure rules applicable in your region. Full details are set out in the Referral & Affiliate Program.

We may offset any amount you owe us against any amount we owe you. This includes:

  • Reversed earnings;
  • Administrative dispute fees;
  • Policy violation penalties.

We reserve the right to withhold payments:

Creator Earnings & Payouts

Updated: March 13th, 2026

THIS POLICY SETS OUT THE TERMS UNDER WHICH CREATIVE USERS ARE PAID FOR PAID-FOR SERVICES, INCLUDING PLATFORM COMMISSIONS, WITHDRAWALS, AND ASSOCIATED FEES.

This Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy (the "Policy") forms part of your agreement with Paradise Media Group LLC ("Atlas", "we", "our", or "us") and applies to your use of the Platform as a Creator.

It supplements the Creator Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.

Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Platform as a Creator, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not provide Paid-for Services on the Platform.

Definitions

"Creator" means a Creative User who has completed Creator onboarding and is authorized to submit Paid-for Services or earn revenue through the Platform.

"Creator Earnings" means the portion of revenue from Paid-for Services that a Creator is entitled to receive after deduction of Platform Fees and applicable adjustments.

"Platform Fees" means the portion of revenue retained by Atlas for provision of the Platform, services, and operational overheads.

"Payout" means the disbursement of Creator Earnings from your Atlas account to your chosen withdrawal method.

"Pending Period" means the minimum time that must pass after a User transaction before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

1. Creator Earnings Structure

Creators are entitled to receive Creator Earnings on all qualifying Paid-for Services transacted via the Platform, including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view messages, bundles, and custom content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • For the first 30 days after passing KYC, you will receive 85% of gross revenue from Paid-for Services;
  • After this period, you will receive 80% of gross revenue;
  • We retain the remainder as Platform Fees.

We may adjust the percentage you receive for promotional programs or partnership agreements on a case-by-case basis. Any such changes will be communicated in writing.

Creator Earnings are calculated exclusive of taxes, fees, or third-party processing charges and may be subject to adjustment for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud-related deductions.

2. Withdrawals & Payout Process

You may request a Payout of your available Creator Balance at any time, provided that:

  • The funds have cleared the applicable Pending Period following each User transaction; and
  • The withdrawal meets the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen withdrawal method.

The standard Pending Period is seven (7) days, but this may be extended up to twenty-eight (28) days depending on factors such as account verification and user activity.

Payouts are processed via the withdrawal method registered in your Creator Account. Payouts are currently made by direct bank transfer (ACH) to your registered bank account. We may add further payout methods in the future; any such method — including any future crypto-based option — would be offered only through licensed payment partners and where legally available.

All Payouts are subject to standard anti-fraud, compliance, and payment provider checks.

We aim to initiate all valid Payout requests within ten (10) Business Days of receipt, though this may be delayed by pending fraud or content investigations, banking or third-party delays, or issues with your payment details.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of your payment information. We are not liable for failed Payouts due to incorrect or outdated details.

If you do not receive a Payout or believe an amount is incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of the associated transaction. Beyond this period, no adjustments will be made.

Dormant Balances & Unclaimed Earnings

If you do not request a Payout or submit a valid invoice for any part of your Creator Balance within twelve (12) months of the date the relevant Services were provided, that portion of your balance will be classified as Dormant.

We will send at least two reminders before Dormant classification. After classification, you are deemed to have irrevocably waived your right to payment of the Dormant amount and we may close the balance and retain it.

However, we may, at our sole discretion, reinstate and pay a late claim made within six (6) years of accrual, subject to compliance checks.

For US creators, if the applicable state dormancy period expires (typically 3-5 years, state-dependent), we will report and remit the balance to the appropriate state unclaimed property authority.

3. Tax Responsibilities

Creator Earnings are paid gross of tax. You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes due in your jurisdiction in respect of your earnings from the Platform.

We may collect or withhold taxes where required by law and will provide relevant documentation (e.g. self-billing invoices, VAT invoices, 1099s etc.) where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate tax documentation when requested and understand that failure to do so may result in delayed or withheld Payouts. See our Creator Tax Information & Withholding Policy for details on the W-9 / W-8 forms we require and when withholding applies.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments

If a User successfully receives a refund or initiates a chargeback for Paid-for Services related to your account, we may:

  • Deduct the disputed amount from your Creator Balance;
  • Withhold it from future Payouts if already paid out;
  • Recover it from your payment provider in the event of a platform breach.

If your account exceeds a 1.5% chargeback or dispute rate in any rolling 30-day period, we may impose a $50 USD (FIFTY US DOLLARS) administrative fee for each additional dispute. This fee is discretionary and may be waived in genuine cases of error or attempted resolution.

1.2 Eligibility and Conduct

The Referring User must:

  • Hold an active and verified Creative User account;
  • Not refer themselves or any entity they control, directly or indirectly;
  • Share their unique referral link through lawful, compliant methods.

The use of paid search advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads) to promote referral links is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from Atlas.

1.3 Referral Commission

The Referring User shall receive:

  • 5% of the Fan Payments earned by the Referred Creator for a period of 36 months from the date of their registration;
  • Subject to a maximum of $50,000 USD per referred creator.

Commission applies to gross Fan Payments before Platform Fees and applicable deductions.

Any refunds or chargebacks applied to the Referred Creator's transactions will result in corresponding deductions from the Referring User's commission.

Referral commissions are credited to the Referring User's Creator Balance, categorized distinctly as REFERRAL, and are not subject to Platform Fees.

2. Creator Affiliate Program

2.1 Overview

The Creator Affiliate Program allows Creative Users to promote the profile of another creator via a unique affiliate link and earn commission from qualifying Fan Payments generated by referred users.

2.2 Program Structure

The process works as follows:

  • A Promoting Creator creates an affiliate offer through the Affiliate Platform;
  • This offer includes a defined commission percentage set by the Promoting Creator, capped at a maximum of 50% of Fan Payments;
  • Any other Creative User may view and accept the offer to begin promoting the Promoting Creator;
  • Offers are public and not individually approved or assigned.

Creative Users may act as affiliates for a maximum of 5 different Promoted Creators simultaneously.

2.3 Earnings and Payment

Commission is:

  • Paid out of the Promoted Creator's net earnings;
  • Calculated on the full value of qualifying Fan Payments;
  • Subject to a maximum of $50,000 USD in total affiliate commission per promoted creator;
  • Credited to the Affiliate Creator's Creator Balance;
  • Settled after the standard pending period, set out in Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy.

Affiliate commissions are not subject to Platform Fees.

2.4 Promotion Standards

Affiliates may promote using any lawful traffic source, provided that:

  • All advertising content complies with relevant laws, advertising codes, and third-party platform rules;
  • Adequate disclosure of the commercial relationship is included (e.g. #ad, sponsored, or similar tags);
  • Promotions must not mislead or impersonate Atlas or the Promoted Creator;
  • Promotions must not engage in spam, click fraud, or automated bot traffic.

3. Enforcement, Termination & Amendments

Atlas may suspend, withhold, or terminate participation in the Referral Scheme or Affiliate Program if:

  • The User breaches any applicable Policy or law;
  • There is suspected fraud, impersonation, or self-dealing;
  • Platform integrity or user safety is compromised.

Participation in either program does not establish any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between Atlas and the Creative User.

Atlas reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Scheme or Affiliate Program at any time.

Co-Authored Content Policy

Updated: March 13th, 2026

Introduction

Atlas supports collaboration between creators and recognizes that co-authored content plays a valuable role in showcasing creativity and shared expression. The Atlas platform is operated by Paradise Media Group LLC. This Policy outlines the requirements and responsibilities for uploading and distributing content that features more than one person.

This Policy supplements the Creator Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, and other Atlas Policies.

1. What is Co-Authored Content?

Content is considered Co-Authored where:

  • Two or more individuals have contributed creatively to its production; and/or
  • Any person other than the uploading Creator is visually, audibly, or otherwise recognizably featured in the content.

This applies regardless of whether the other individuals are Atlas Creators or whether their identity is discernible.

2. Requirements for Co-Authored Content

You must not upload Co-Authored Content unless:

  • Every featured person is an Atlas Creator or a verified consenting adult whose identity and age have been confirmed;
  • You have obtained, and retain on file: a valid government-issued ID for each person and signed, dated, and fully informed written consent to be recorded and published;
  • You provide this documentation to Atlas upon request.

If a co-author holds a Creator account on Atlas, you must tag their account using the platform tagging feature and not misrepresent or obscure their involvement.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining all rights and permissions required to upload the Co-Authored Content;
  • Ensuring that any joint authorship or copyright ownership is resolved between you and other contributors;
  • Complying with any applicable laws related to image rights, publicity rights, or likeness.

3. Earnings, Sharing & Liability

Atlas will credit earnings only to the account that uploads the Co-Authored Content. Any revenue split or sharing agreement between creators is a private arrangement between those parties and not the responsibility of Atlas to manage, enforce, or verify.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are not entitled to any share of Creator Earnings if you appear in content uploaded by another Creator;
  • Atlas disclaims all liability relating to unpaid or disputed revenue splits between co-authors.

Atlas may require you to submit identity and consent documentation for all individuals in your content at any time. If you fail to comply, we may:

  • Remove the relevant Co-Authored Content;
  • Withhold or reverse earnings;
  • Restrict your account's publishing capabilities;
  • Terminate your account.

You agree to release Atlas from any and all claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from Co-Authored Content. Any legal action or dispute must be directed towards the Creator who posted the content or the person(s) featured, not Atlas.

Payments & Compliance

AML, KYC & Identity Verification Policy

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Atlas is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and other financial crime. This Policy explains how we verify identity, how payments are handled, and the steps we and our payment partners take to keep the Platform safe and compliant. It supplements the General Terms & Conditions, the Sanctions & Prohibited Jurisdictions Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

1. How Payments Are Handled

Atlas operates as the merchant of record for purchases made on the Platform. Card data is handled within an isolated, PCI DSS-aligned card-data environment and routed through a regulated payment gateway to a payment processor and its acquiring banks. Creator payouts are made by bank transfer / ACH through a payout provider.

Atlas is not a bank and is not itself a money-services business. The licensed gateway, processor, acquiring banks, and payout provider operate the regulated money-movement rails and maintain their own anti-money-laundering ("AML") programs as required by law. Atlas relies on these partners for payment transmission and applies its own risk-based controls on top.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

To become a Creator or to receive payouts, you must complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). This typically includes:

  • Confirmation that you are at least 18 years old;
  • A valid government-issued photo identification;
  • A liveness check performed by a third-party identity-verification vendor (see our Biometric Information Notice);
  • Accurate name, address, and tax information (see our Creator Tax Information & Withholding Policy).

We may require re-verification at any time, and we may decline, pause, or limit an Account that cannot be verified.

3. Screening & Monitoring

As part of our risk-based program, Atlas and its payment partners may:

  • Screen Users against sanctions and watchlists at onboarding and at payout (see the Sanctions Policy);
  • Monitor transactions and Account activity for fraud, chargeback abuse, structuring, and other suspicious behavior;
  • Request additional information or documentation to verify the source of funds or the nature of a transaction.

4. Holds, Freezes & Reporting

Where required by law, by our partners' rules, or to investigate suspected misuse, Atlas may hold, freeze, delay, reverse, or return funds or payouts, suspend an Account, or decline a transaction. Our payment partners may file reports with the appropriate authorities as required by law, and Atlas cooperates with lawful requests. We are not liable for losses arising from actions taken in good faith to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

5. Recordkeeping

We and our partners retain identity, transaction, and verification records for the periods required by applicable law and card-network rules. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is stored and protected.

6. Scope & Changes

The specific legal obligations that apply to Atlas depend on how money moves through our partners and may change over time. We review this program as the Platform and applicable law evolve. This Policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Payments & Compliance

Sanctions & Prohibited Jurisdictions Policy

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Atlas is operated by a United States company and must comply with U.S. economic sanctions and export-control laws, including those administered by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). This Policy explains who may not use Atlas and the actions we may take to comply. It supplements the General Terms & Conditions and the AML, KYC & Identity Verification Policy.

1. Who May Not Use Atlas

You may not create an Account, make a payment, or receive a payout if you are:

  • Listed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List or any other applicable sanctions or restricted-party list;
  • Owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, any such person; or
  • Ordinarily resident in, or accessing Atlas from, a comprehensively sanctioned region or country.

2. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Atlas does not knowingly serve users in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. As of the date above, these include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Sanctions programs change over time; the controlling reference is the sanctions in force at the relevant time, not this illustrative list.

3. Your Representations

By using Atlas, you represent and warrant that you are not a prohibited person and are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction, and that you will not use the Platform on behalf of any such person.

4. Screening & Enforcement

Atlas and its payment partners screen Users against sanctions lists at onboarding and at payout. If a User or transaction triggers a potential sanctions concern, we may block, reject, suspend, freeze, or return the transaction, payout, or Account, with no liability, and report to authorities where required.

5. No Evasion

You may not attempt to evade this Policy by providing false location or identity information, by using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location, or by routing payments through third parties. Doing so is a serious breach of these Terms.

6. Export Controls

You may not use Atlas in violation of applicable export-control laws, including by transferring controlled technology or content to restricted destinations or persons.

Payments & Compliance

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Many features on Atlas — including Creator subscriptions — are billed on a recurring basis. These Terms explain how recurring billing, renewals, reminders, and cancellation work. They supplement the General Terms & Conditions and apply alongside any app-store billing terms (such as Apple's or Google's) when you subscribe through a mobile app store.

1. Recurring Billing & Consent

When you start a subscription, we clearly disclose the price, the billing frequency, and that the subscription automatically renews before you complete checkout. By confirming the purchase, you give your affirmative consent to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. You authorize Atlas (through its payment partners) to charge that payment method for each renewal.

3. Renewal Reminders & Price Changes

  • We will send a reminder before a renewal where required, and at least once a year for longer-term subscriptions.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change to the price or terms of your subscription, with an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime — it's easy.

Cancel from your account settings using the same simple, online process you used to subscribe. We will not require a phone call, a retention offer, or any extra step to stop a subscription. If you subscribed through an app store, manage or cancel the subscription in that store's subscription settings.

5. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Refund eligibility is described in the General Terms & Conditions and the Fan & Creator Agreement.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your state or country.

Content Policies

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) Policy

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Atlas does not tolerate non-consensual intimate imagery. This Policy explains what NCII is, how to report it, and how quickly we act. It supplements the Acceptable Use Policy and the Community Guidelines, and is separate from our DMCA Policy (which covers copyright).

1. What Counts as NCII

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is an intimate visual depiction of an identifiable person that is shared without that person's consent. This includes:

  • Intimate images or video shared without the depicted person's permission ("revenge porn");
  • Content obtained by hacking, hidden recording, or coercion;
  • AI-generated or digitally altered ("deepfake") intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person.

Adult and NSFW content is already prohibited on Atlas under the Acceptable Use Policy; NCII is never permitted in any form, including in messages and profiles.

2. How to Report NCII

If intimate imagery of you (or someone you are authorized to represent) appears on Atlas without consent, report it right away:

  • Use the in-app report tools on the content or profile; or
  • Email help@atlassocialapp.com with the subject "NCII Report".

Please include enough information for us to locate the content (links, usernames) and a statement, made in good faith, that the imagery is of you (or the person you represent) and was shared without consent. We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act, and we will handle your report confidentially.

3. Our Response

We remove valid-reported NCII within 48 hours.

Upon a valid request, we will remove the reported NCII as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on the Platform.

4. Consequences

Anyone who creates, shares, or threatens to share NCII will have the content removed and their Account terminated, and may be referred to law enforcement. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.

5. Support

If you are a victim of NCII, you are not alone. In addition to reporting to us, you may contact local law enforcement and victim-support organizations in your country. We will do our part to remove the content quickly.

Content Policies

Child Safety & CSAM Standards

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Atlas has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These Standards describe how we prevent, detect, and report it, and how to contact us. They apply to everyone on the Platform and supplement the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and Content Moderation & Protection Policy.

1. Zero Tolerance

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors are strictly prohibited.

This includes real, animated, or AI-generated material; grooming, enticement, or trafficking; and any content or behavior that endangers a minor. Violations result in immediate removal, Account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to authorities.

2. An Adults-Only Platform

Atlas is for adults 18 and over. All Users confirm they are at least 18, and Creators must complete identity and age verification (KYC) before they can publish content or earn (see the AML, KYC & Identity Verification Policy).

3. Prevention & Detection

  • Age gating and Creator identity/age verification;
  • Automated detection and human review of content;
  • A prohibition on AI-generated media depicting or resembling minors;
  • In-app tools to report content or accounts that may endanger a minor.

4. Reporting to NCMEC

When Atlas becomes aware of apparent CSAM or related offenses, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), preserve associated data for at least one year, and cooperate with NCMEC and law enforcement.

5. How to Report a Concern

To report content or behavior that may endanger a child, use the in-app report tools or email our child-safety contact at help@atlassocialapp.com with the subject "Child Safety". If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Content Policies

Reviews, Endorsements & Testimonials Policy

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

Reviews, endorsements, and testimonials must be honest. This Policy applies to Atlas, to Creators, to affiliates and referrers, and to anyone who posts reviews or testimonials about Atlas, a Creator, or a Course. It supplements the Advertising & Promotion Policy and the Referral & Affiliate Program terms.

1. No Fake or Deceptive Reviews

The following are prohibited:

  • Fake, fabricated, or AI-generated reviews or testimonials, or reviews by people without genuine, recent experience;
  • Reviews that misrepresent who wrote them or hide a reviewer's connection to the subject;
  • Buying positive reviews, or suppressing, threatening, or penalizing honest negative reviews.

2. Disclose Material Connections

If you have a material connection to what you are endorsing — you are paid, given free or discounted access, earn a referral or affiliate commission, or have a business or family relationship — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose it within the content itself (for example, "#ad" or "sponsored"). Relying only on a platform's "paid partnership" label is not enough.

3. Earnings & Results Claims

Claims about income, earnings, or results — including any made in connection with Courses — must be truthful, must reflect what people can generally expect, and must not be presented as typical when they are not. Do not guarantee earnings or imply guaranteed success. We may ask you to substantiate any claim.

4. Enforcement

Content that violates this Policy may be removed, and Accounts may be demonetized, suspended, or terminated. We may also be required to report deceptive practices to regulators.

Privacy & Data

California Privacy Notice & Your Privacy Choices

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). Similar rights may apply to residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, email, username, IP address, device identifiers;
  • Account & financial information — payment and payout details processed by our payment partners;
  • Commercial information — purchases, subscriptions, and transaction history;
  • Internet & usage activity — how you interact with the Platform;
  • Approximate location — derived from IP address;
  • Sensitive personal information — government-issued identification (for Creator verification) and account log-in credentials.

We collect this from you, your devices, and our service providers, and use it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

2. We Do Not Sell or "Share" Your Personal Information

Atlas does not sell your personal information, and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your California Rights

  • Know / Access the personal information we collect and how we use it;
  • Delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

4. Your Privacy Choices & Global Privacy Control

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. To exercise any privacy choice — including to limit the use of sensitive personal information — email help@atlassocialapp.com with the subject "Your Privacy Choices".

5. How to Submit a Request

Submit requests by email to help@atlassocialapp.com. You may use an authorized agent. We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days where permitted).

Privacy & Data

Biometric Information Privacy Notice

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

This Notice explains how biometric information is handled during Creator identity verification. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is provided in line with biometric-privacy laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and Washington's biometric law.

1. When Biometrics Are Used

To verify that a Creator is a real person and is at least 18, our identity-verification step may include a liveness check (for example, a short selfie or face scan compared against a government-issued ID).

2. A Third-Party Vendor Performs the Check

Atlas does not collect, store, sell, lease, trade, or profit from your biometric identifiers.

The liveness check is performed by a third-party identity-verification vendor. Any face scan or biometric identifier is processed by that vendor solely to verify your identity and age and to prevent fraud. Atlas receives only the verification result and standard identity details — not your biometric template.

3. Notice & Consent

Before any biometric check, you are told that it will take place and its purpose, and you must consent to proceed. You may choose not to complete verification, but you may then be unable to become a Creator or receive payouts.

4. Retention & Destruction

Atlas does not retain biometric data beyond the verification outcome. The verification vendor retains and destroys any biometric data it processes in accordance with its own policy and applicable law. We encourage you to review the vendor's privacy disclosures presented during verification.

5. Your Choices & Questions

For questions about how biometric information is handled, or to make a privacy request, email help@atlassocialapp.com. See also our California Privacy Notice.

Creator Documents

Creator Tax Information & Withholding Policy

Updated: June 3rd, 2026

This Policy explains the tax information Creators must provide to be paid, and when Atlas (or its payment partner) is required to withhold tax or report your earnings. It supplements the Creator Earnings & Payouts page. This is general information, not tax advice — please consult a tax professional about your situation.

1. You Are Paid Gross

Unless we are required to withhold, Creators are paid their earnings gross. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your Atlas income in your jurisdiction.

2. Tax Forms We Require

  • U.S. persons must provide a valid Form W-9 with a correct taxpayer identification number (TIN).
  • Non-U.S. persons must provide the applicable Form W-8 (e.g., W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E). A valid tax-treaty claim may reduce withholding.

3. Withholding

Missing or invalid tax information can mean withholding or a payout hold.

If you do not provide valid tax documentation, U.S. persons may be subject to 24% backup withholding, and non-U.S. persons may be subject to up to 30% withholding on U.S.-source income, as required by law. We may hold payouts until valid, current tax documentation is on file.

4. Information Reporting (1099s and More)

Where required, Atlas or its payment partner will issue tax information returns (such as Form 1099-K or 1099-NEC) reflecting your earnings, and will report and remit any withholding to the relevant tax authority. Reporting thresholds are set by law and change from time to time.

5. Keep Your Information Current

You must provide accurate tax information and update it promptly if it changes (for example, a change of name, entity, address, or tax status). Providing false information may result in withholding, payout holds, or Account action.
